1. Parts & Service Sales

Qualifications :

  • Diploma Degree (D3) from All Engineering Majors
  • Minimum GPA 2.75 (4 scaled) from any reputable University
  • Maximum age of 25 years old in 2021
  • High interest in Heavy Equipment and Sales
  • Having Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven
  • Freshgraduate are welcome to apply
  • Able to join the company immediately
  • Placement in all around Indonesia


2. Human Capital (People Analytics)

Responsibilities :

  • Execute a scalable efficient people analytics strategy that measure people and business priorities and initiatives.
  • Facilitate risk-awareness culture for data through efficient and effective risk & compliance management across HR system.
  • Actively generate people trends and insight data analysis through standard reporting dashboard.
  • Design a standard framework for business process, operationalizing insight in project management, data governance, modelling and hypothesis testing.
  • Manage stakeholder relationship to ensure evolving the data and analytic need of various HR Pillars such as SAP Hana.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from Information System, Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Human ResourcesMinimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University.
  • Maximum age of 26 years old.
  • Experience with analytics related to human resources (ex: workforce, talent, compensation, etc.) preferred.
  • Skilled at probing for, evaluating and synthesizing data from disparate data sources to draw interpretive insights.
  • Maintain a culture of high-quality output and exceptional customer service: effectively communicate at all levels, ensure that work gets done well and on time, and respond effectively to unexpected obstacles.

3. Human Capital (Data Engineer)

Responsibilities :

  • Provide data engineering support for key data analytic project.
  • Responsible for ETL (Extract, Transfer, Load) activities by abstracting technical record of network data into ready to use, meaningful and easy to understand.
  • Work together with People Analytics to make sure all data solution are consistent.
  • Discover and Implement new ways to use ETL/ Open Source Tools to ingest structured and unstructured data.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality and execute data smoothing / cleansing when necessary
  • Coordinate and manage external parties (vendor) who support to generate analysis and projects.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from Information System, Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics.
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University.
  • Maximum age of 26 years old.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.
  • Self-Motivated, Target-driven.

4. Legal Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Support and cultivate corporate documents related to the corporation agreement, deed of companies and licensing.
  • Reviewing legal contracts, cooperation agreement, certificates, licensing and other legal documents related to the project company.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from Law major or equivalent.
  • Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University.
  • Maximum age of 27 years old.
  • Deep knowledge in legal drafting (English & Indonesia), legal permit/license and OSS
  • Have a Good Analythical Thinking, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven, Detail oriented.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • At least 2 years of experience
