Warehouse Section Head

Job Description

• Accountable for the good stored in all stores/pump house and to ensure store and pump house activity run smoothly
• To control material requirement in view of company stock, expected deliveries, and pending purchase orders
• To keep the main stock of material without affecting the production demand and to keep close follow up of inventory levels
• To maintain documented procedures for handling, packing, preservation and delivery of product/materials
• To provide proper methods handling products that will prevent damage of deterioration and maintain the quantity of every item in the store
• To maintain designated storage areas of product, pending use or delivery. The condition of the items to be assessed at appropriate interval to detect deterioration
• To maintain appropriate methods for preservation and segregation of conduct
• To be fully acquainted with approved system (SAP) and documentary cycles in the stores and their implementations.
• To ensure that the warehouses & tank farm is always maintained well. clean lines & housekeeping of the warehouse & tank farm is maintained at all the times
• To participate in GM’s monthly plant walk through & close all the issues pertaining to his function within the decided time line. Must do his own daily walk through to see the gaps & close on daily basis
• To ensure real time data entry in SAP with 100% accuracy
• To be responsible for coordination between the department and individuals in his section
• To perform any other relevant duties entrusted by logistic manager/general manager
• To participate in maintaining the ISO 9001 & 14001, SMK 3 implementation

REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience from a similar role or position
• Familair with SAP System
• Good Command Oral & Written.
• Skills: Leadership; Communication Skills; Good Technical Skills; Interpersonal Begavior; Integrity (Honest, Fairness, Committed) Negotiation skills; Persuading; Reasoning; Problem Solving & Decision Making; Handling Conflict; Meeting; Organization skills; Report writing; Computer literate.
• Understanding Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and Halal Assurance System HAS 23000
