2. Supply Assistant (Hang-Jebat Warehouse Supervisor)


Qualifications and Evaluations


Requirements:

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in managing a warehouse and or the supply department of an Embassy, government agency, major international company or equivalent local government entity involved in the storage and supply of household or office furniture, equipment and or appliances is required. This experience must include a minimum of two years in a supervisory capacity.


Education Requirements:

Completion of two years of college or university studies.


Evaluations:

LANGUAGE (this maybe tested): Level III (Good Working Knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia are required.


SKILLS AND ABILITIES:


Excels in effective and positive communication in dealing with customers. i.e., with USG employees and their families.

Computer literacy and Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel Spreadsheet, to manage the Property Accountability, utilization, and replacements.

Must have ability to organize, manage and lead the post supply program.

3. Guard Shift Supervisor – Not to Exceed Than Three Years


Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of Embassy/Consulate, military, police, or private experience in the field of security required; of which 2 years of the experience must be as a line supervisor or working leader with responsibilities for coordinating a range of activities that involve directing, monitoring and redirecting actions of a team is required.


JOB KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of Guard Orders, the emergency notification process, experienced with state-of-the-art security equipment and processes, knowledge of cultural norms and customs required.


Education Requirements:

Mandatory: Completion of secondary education is required.


Evaluations:

LANGUAGE: Good Working Knowledge in English and Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.


SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of and ability to operate the security control panel, emergency alarms, and the public address system. Ability to use state-of-the-art security and radio communication equipment. Ability to use Automated External Defibrillator. Ability to use fire extinguisher. Ability to use personal protective equipment (i.e. PR-24, straight batons, handcuffs, and flexi cuffs, etc.). Daily duties may involve extended periods of walking and/or standing in a wide variety of weather conditions.

Education Requirements:

Must have degree (RN level) in Nursing or Diploma/certificate equivalent from an accredited School of Nursing. Must possess and maintain a valid nursing license or a current unrestricted Registered Nursing license from the host nation, country of origin, or the U.S.

Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three (3) years of professional driving experience is required.


JOB KNOWLEDGE: Mission’s protocol procedures as it relates to the Front Office. State Department vehicle safety standards. Motor pool rules and regulations. Knowledge of the location of other Missions, host Government institutions, and NGOs. Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations. Knowledge of in-country travel routes and areas. General awareness of the general political climate in the country related to protests, demonstrations, and riots


Education Requirements:

Completion of primary education is required.


Evaluations:

LANGUAGE: Limited Knowledge in Speaking/Reading/Writing in English is required. and Good Working Knowledge in Speaking/Reading/Writing in Bahasa Indonesia is required (this may be tested).


SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must hold a valid and legally obtained driver’s license (SIM B1). Operates level C or D armored vehicle with defensive driving skills. Must be able to diagnose and handle preventive maintenance and first-echelon automotive repairs. Ability to detect vehicle defects and report them immediately to authorities concerned. Must quickly and calmly evaluate risks and alternative actions always assuring the maximum safety of the passengers. Must be able to deal with high level officials in a relaxed and competent manner. Must have basic computer skills to maintain reports and for communication purposes.


Qualifications:
