1. Recruitment Officer (contract Based)

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct the recruitment process with the methods/tools that have been determined to ensure the employees who are accepted have the quality and competence in accordance with the needs of the position they occupy.

Ensure the process and quality of the selection results are in accordance with the company’s needs .

Ensure that all administration related to the selection process is available and complete in order to implement compliance with company policies.

Job Responsibilities:

Collect assist CFO Reports from all subsidiaries of the Adaro Group and conduct a brief analysis for CFOs of these subsidiaries whether the records are in accordance with the policies determined by the Group.

perform reconciliations and special relationships between subsidiaries so that journal elimination can be carried out precisely and accurately (either manually through the SAP BPC system).

10. Mine Closure Preparation Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

To identify the potential resources of the post-mining model landscape area according to its designation and in accordance with the post-mining success criteria that have been set in the Post-mining Plan document.

To prepare annual plans for landscaping programs and activities based on post-mining success criteria that have been approved in the Mine Closure Plan document.

To ensure the implementation of infrastructure projects in accordance with the annual activity plan that has been determined to support the study, research and maintenance of post-mining models.

To ensure the implementation of the landscaping project in accordance with the potential of existing resources.

To optimize the use of post-mining land that meets the criteria for the success other forms of reclamation.

11. Environmental Impact Analyst Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

To ensure that all obligations in Environmental impact assessment (AMDAL) & Environmental Management Plan – Environmental Monitoring Plan (RKL – RPL) have been identified and implemented by the relevant functions carried out in accordance with regulations.

Periodically ensure the implementation of operational activities is in accordance with the rules of environmental regulatory aspects.

To ensure the implementation and documentation of operational activities related to aspects of Wastewater, Toxic and Hazardous Waste (B3), Non-Toxic and Hazardous Waste, air quality and other important impacts are carried out according to the rules set out in the regulations.

12. Emergency Preparedness & Response Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other official in order to prepare and analyze damage assessment following emergencies.

Coordinate disaster response or crisis management activities such as ordering evacuation and implementing special need plans and programs

Design and administer emergency preparedness training courses that teach people how to effectively respond to major emergencies

Job Responsibilities:

Developing IT infrastructure and network system to support company’s activities

Monitoring the process of handling problems which are related to IT issue and ensure all request have been handled

Job Responsibilities:

Running and supervising crushing plant and conveying activities in order to produce coal products according to the size determined by the company.

Help store and organize it in the stockpile area so that the quality is maintained according to the requirements.

Carry out regular and scheduled maintenance activities for the crushing plant base and weighbridge, so that they can run according to the maintenance schedule set by the company.

15. Account Receivable Staff

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare the invoice and make sure the calculation is in accordance with the supporting documents (contract, term sheet) and verify to Team Operation and Marketing to ensure the accuracy of the invoice.

Submit all invoices that have been made to the boss to get approval before being listed into the system.

Recording sales transactions and their costs to General Ledger is done regularly so that the data in General Ledger is always accurate.

Record receipts from customers regularly and on time so that the data in General Ledger is always accurate.

Follow up to the customer related to the invoice that has been sent whether it has been received completely and correctly.

Create sales data report and sales cost so that available sales data and sales cost accurate to be submitted to interested parties.

Reconcile between General Ledger and sales repots so that all sales are recorded accurately according to the period.

Job Responsibilities:

To do Land Management System technical project included data collection and technical coordination with internal and external parties, to make sure the completeness and suitability of the document with land acquisition standard that has been set.

To construct progress report on Land Management System project and to update Land Management System project master folder to monitored Land Management System project.

To run manufacture administration function, development and distribution of supporting material of Land Management consultation such as guidance, procedure and standard form, training material, etc. so it can be used in corporation office, Adaro Group’s companies central offices, as well as operational fields.

To do research in land regulations that related to operational needs and Adaro Group’s business energy and give recommendation related to Land Management System project.

To maintain good relationship and communicate with external parties that related to operational publishing license and certification, so the submission registration (certification) process and licensing in central, region, as well as local government will be monitored systematically and run in time


Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Law / Notary from reputable university.

Minimum 3 year experience as liberation staff or land certification that related to Badan Pertanahan Negara.
